Service Description
Program Overview Dr. Chi-Chi Rx’s group coaching program is designed to provide you with ongoing support, spiritual growth, and mental wellness tools in a dynamic group environment. This program meets twice a month—either live or virtually—where participants engage with Dr. Chi-Chi in an intimate, faith-centered setting. Each session focuses on deepening your understanding of mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness while providing you with the actionable steps needed to align your life with your God-given purpose. What Clients Will Receive: Live Sessions Twice a Month (60-90 minutes each): Interactive coaching sessions where Dr. Chi-Chi leads discussions on faith, mental health, and personal development. These sessions include group reflections, teaching, and real-time Q&A. Personalized Insights and Guidance: Each participant will have opportunities to ask questions and receive tailored feedback from Dr. Chi-Chi during group discussions. Actionable Strategies: After each session, participants receive practical tools, faith-based strategies, and action steps for personal and spiritual growth. Access to an Exclusive Online Community: A private space for ongoing support, accountability, and interaction with fellow participants between sessions. Monthly Resources: Worksheets, reflection prompts, and bonus content to guide your personal development journey between live sessions. Guest Speakers or Special Topics (Quarterly): Occasional guest experts will join to provide fresh perspectives on relevant mental health and faith-based topics. Session Recordings: Missed a session? No worries. You’ll have access to the recordings to revisit key teachings anytime.

Cancellation Policy
Policy for Services Provided by The Perfect Prescription LLC and Dr. ChiChiRx Brand* At The Perfect Prescription LLC, under the Dr. ChiChiRx brand, we are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to promote the well-being of our clients. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have established the following policies for our services, including mentoring, 1:1 consultation, and group Mental Health First Aid certification: 1. Mentoring Services: - Mentoring sessions are designed to offer guidance, support, and empowerment to individuals seeking personal or professional development. - Sessions are scheduled in advance based on availability. - Mentoring sessions may be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing. - Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions punctually. 2. 1:1 Consultation Services: - 1:1 consultations are customized to address individual mental health concerns and goals. - Consultation appointments are scheduled in advance and are available in various formats to suit client preferences. - Clients are encouraged to actively engage in their consultation sessions and provide honest feedback. 3. Mental Health First Aid Certification: - Mental Health First Aid certification courses are offered to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to mental health crises. - Courses are scheduled on specific dates and times, and participants are required to attend all sessions to obtain certification. - Certification courses may be conducted in-person or online, depending on availability and client needs. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: - Cancellation of any scheduled service must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment or event. - No refunds will be provided for cancellations; however, clients may reschedule their appointment or event at no additional cost. - Clients must reschedule their appointment or event within 7 days of the original scheduled date. - Failure to provide at least 12 hours' notice for cancellation or failure to reschedule within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the appointment or event without refund. Note: The Perfect Prescription LLC and Dr. ChiChiRx brand reserve the right to modify these policies as necessary to uphold the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Clients will be notified of any policy changes in advance.
