    U.S. SHIPPING

    We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12 pm PST will not begin processing until the next day. If you place your order after 12 pm PST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please consider this when placing your order.

    SHIPPING TIMES:

    The expected time to process and ship orders are 2-3 business days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

    Our standard shipping is a $7.50 Flat Rate Shipping, with estimated delivery of 10 business days after processing. Please note we do not refund for Flat Rate Shipping on orders.

    We also offer several expedited shipping methods through UPS. Orders placed using an expedited method of shipping will ship the same day if they are placed before 12 pm PST. If an order with expedited shipping does not meet the 12 pm PST deadline, it will ship the following business day.

    PLEASE NOTE: We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. We reach out via email and telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment. Per our policy, we do not refund the shipping (expedited or standard) for packages delayed due to Address Verification.

    Please refer to our size chart before order, and choose the right size below that will fit your current needs. It is normal to need a new size within a month or so due to the decrease in waist size after daily wear.

    Please measure your waistline at about one inch above your belly button.

    Size S :Length 35 inch / 87cm Fits waistline 24.2-27.7 inch

    Size M: Length 38 inch / 97cm Fits waistline 27.7-31.5 inch ​
