    • Eligibility for Returns

      • You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
      • Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

    • Return Process

      • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@theperfectrx.com with your order number and reason for return. 
      • You will provide your own return label and it will be sent to 401 N Brand Ave #834 Glendale CA 91203.

    • Refunds

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the funds will be credited to your original payment method.

    • Exchanges
