THE SCHOOL OF THE SPIRIT - Mental Health, Fitness, Biblical Studies, and Mentorship Program

A 6-Week Program Towards Wholeness At The PPrX Institute, we are dedicated to fostering holistic well-being by integrating mental health, biblical studies, mentorship, fitness, and training. Our mission is to guide individuals toward achieving wholeness in mind, body, and spirit. Mental Health: Nurturing the Mind Our comprehensive mental health services address a wide range of psychological needs. Participants will engage in weekly workshops exploring the seeds, roots, and branches of their past. By examining the Genesis of their story, they will gain a deeper understanding of their identity and move forward to total healing. Biblical Studies: Enriching the Spirit Rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ, our biblical studies program offers an in-depth exploration of the Scriptures. Participants will attend weekly group sessions to build a strong foundation in understanding their identity in Christ. Special guests will join our time in the Word, and with homework and quizzes, participants will be equipped to walk in the fullness of God. Mentorship: Guiding Personal Growth Our mentorship program connects participants with experienced mentors who provide valuable insights, encouragement, and support. Participants will have bi-weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions with Dr. Chi-Chi Rx, who will guide them in fulfilling their purpose. Whether spiritual, physical, or mental guidance, participants will receive personalized support to achieve their goals. Fitness and Training: Strengthening the Body Physical health is a vital component of overall well-being. Participants will receive personalized workout and nutritional plans with weekly check-ins from Dr. Chi-Chi Rx, an IFBB Pro Bikini Bodybuilder. They will also enjoy discounts at The PPrX Store for vitamins and weight loss gear. Wholeness Retreat Participants will end with their journey with a 3 Day Wholeness Retreat where you receive your certification and Crossing Jackets!
